Refund & Return Policy – Scent Society ZA

We want you to feel confident shopping with Scent Society ZA. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

👉 Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned


How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return cost


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
